The pillar of Profession is a component that is equally as important as our other two, Brotherhood and Service. This pillar stands for the practical, industrious, and professional part of Theta Tau. We, as Xi Beta chapter, practice Profession in our daily lives through the incorporation of strong leadership, problem solving, collaboration, and communication.
