Brotherhood

Theta Tau has three foundational pillars upon which our entire existence rests. These are Service, Profession, and Brotherhood. Being the Chair of Brotherhood may sound like a glorified party position but in fact this position is incredibly important. The brotherhood of the chapter is imperative for the smooth function and longevity of our organization. Without goodwill and love between our members, we cease to become something of meaning and substance, instead being a mere gathering of people. To promote cooperation and friendly behavior, Brothers make sure to spend time with and try to get to know other Brothers that they do not normally interact with to create a stronger bond within the fraternity.
